CHECKOUT TIME
Checkout time for our guests is 11 am. This gives our staff enough time to clean your room before guests start to check-in during the afternoon.
If your flight or transportation isn’t until later in the day, you can leave your bags at our front desk and we will hold them for you until you are ready to depart. You are welcome to spend the day in our lounge, or at our beachfront lounge chairs!
CHECKIN TIME
Check-in time for our guests is 3 pm.
Many of our guests do arrive before 3 pm, in the late morning or early afternoon. We are more than happy to offer an early check-in to your room if it has already been cleaned and is ready. Most guests do check out in the morning, so often early check-ins are not a problem.
In the event that we are unable to offer an early check-in, you are welcome to relax in our lounge or lie down in our beachfront chairs. We’re also happy to hold your bags at the front desk until your room is ready, at which point we’ll move your bags into your room for you.
LATE CHECKINS
We offer free evening checkins for our guests. Our cafe in downtown El Nido is open to receive guests until 10 pm, but we can keep it open until midnight if you are scheduled to arrive before then.
If your late checkin extends past 10 pm, we do have a late checkin fee of 300 pesos per hour. It goes to our drivers and clerks, who have to stay up to pick you up.
If you are driving from Puerto Princesa to El Nido, your van or car should arrive before 10 pm as long as you leave Puerto Princesa by 4 pm! That will usually bring you to El Nido by 9:00 – 9:30 pm. It would be really helpful if you could text us when you leave Puerto Princesa, and then again when you’re an hour or so away (i.e. when you’re near Taytay). That way we can let our staff know when to expect you!
