Child Policy
There are no fees for children two years old or younger to stay in our rooms, or to go on our boat tours. Each child sharing a room shall count towards the maximum capacity of each individual room.
Children that are 3 or over will be charged the full adult rates for both rooms and boats.
Force Majeure
Caalan Beach Resort shall not be held responsible for failure to provide rooms or deliver services, nor obligated to provide additional rooms and services beyond the reservation agreement or contract, in case of fortuitous events or any conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to flight disruptions, acts of nature, government orders, and insurgencies. Unused portions of the reservation agreement shall not be refunded.
